This Suite provides access for potential walk in customers and a large window for advertising graphics if required. Suite size is approximately 5 x 3 meters in size and includes Wifi, electricity and shared facilities within the monthly rental fee of £500 per month.

Lancaster House, Earby: Building Control Sign off!

Our property at Lancaster House on Skipton Rd near the centre of Earby has had Building Control signed off and is ready to provide fantastic rental opportunities to businesses within Earby.

Thanks to all the local contractors and suppliers that helped us gain a positive Building Control completion and a high Energy Performance Certificate. We look forward to supporting local companies by providing them with quality local business premises.
